Shipping Fees

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of ¥800 nationwide, including tax.

Shipping is free for orders totaling ¥11,000 or more, including tax.

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply to deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. We will contact you by email if additional fees apply.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 7 days after the order is completed.

Please note that delivery may be delayed during periods of high order volume or for pre-order items.

International Shipping

We do not offer direct shipping to countries outside Japan.

Customers outside Japan should use an international forwarding service, such as Tenso.com.

The customer is responsible for any forwarding fees, customs duties, import taxes, and other costs associated with using an international forwarding service.
